1 – When did you first get into music? What or who Inspired you?

There was no real inspiration for me from any certain person to learn music. It kind of just happened. I think, from a deep perspective, I needed an outlet, and music happened to be there. So, I taught myself guitar and just kept going.

2 – Who did you grow up listening to, and does that impact on what you create now?

My all-time favorite band is Coheed and Cambria, but I’d have to say that they don’t have any influence on my style. I feel that John Mayer has had a real influence on me. I believe my guitar skills really stemmed from his style and feel. I think my song “I’m Afraid” really pays homage to him.

3 – How long have you been playing/writing?

Nearly ten years now.

4 – How often do you play live (include details and links for any upcoming gigs)?

I play nearly every weekend, but I spread out my larger scale gigs.

Two that I’m very excited for are:

November 15th @ The Hunter Club in Bury St. Edmunds –

April 4th @ The Theatre Royal in Bury St. Edmunds. Tickets for that will go on sale in January 2015 through their box office.

5 – What has been your favourite moment in music?

My CD release at The Apex was an amazing night and hundreds of people came out to support. But, I’d have to say my favorite moment was when I won my first talent show in high school. I was such a quiet person in high school and I had no idea that everyone knew I played music. But when I stepped into the spotlight, everyone cheered. When I finished my two songs, I got a standing ovation and I nearly started crying. That was the moment that I decided that music was all I wanted to do.

6 – Where is the best place to find you online?

My website or my Facebook.
